aging housing stock is inadequate, causing low-income
households to spend more of their money on housing
than they can afford, according to a report released

1, 2006, five tax credits available to buildings in
Designated
Downtowns and Designated
Village Centers have been consolidated into three.
These credits are now also simpler
to use and more accessible to small projects.
