Copies are available from your Regional Planning Commission or contact us and pick up at the DHCA office. The Zoning Administrators' Handbook, Third Edition. The aim of this handbook is to provide the zoning administrator (or equivalent) with an understanding of some basic principles of zoning administration and enforcement and their application to a wide range of problems likely to be encountered. Also includes a procedural flowchart of the permitting and appeals process.
