have submitted a "Declaration of Condominium"
which is a legal document and filed in the town land records.

* Legislation effective July 1, 2008
significantly amended the Mobile Home Park Act. The Department
expects to update the Rules in the future. Until the Rules
can be updated, refer to the amended statute wherever the
Rules and statute are inconsistent.
