The VCDP applications are available from June 15, 2011 to June 14, 2012.

*The target dates are provided as guidance for applicants who are seeking to have their application reviewed at a specific Board Meeting. Please contact your CD Specialist regarding application submission.

Note: These forms are now part of the on-line application and if the forms above are used will need to be re-entered into the system.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Public Hearing Notice must be published at least 15 days prior to the date of the Public Hearing. When calculating the 15 days do not count the date of the hearing. If the Public Hearing Notice does not comply with the 15 day requirement your application will not be eligible for review.

COMMENT PERIOD

A 5 day Comment Period is required. The Public Hearing must be held at least 5 days prior to submitting the application in order to allow for public comment. When calculating the 5 days do not count the date you submit.
