Vermont's Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP1)
The Department of Housing and Community Affairs has received $19.6 million in federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to help address the housing foreclosure crisis and through the acquisition and redevelopment of forclosed, blighted and abandoned properties be brought back into residential use.
