The Ancient Roads
Research and Mapping Grant program was established in 2006 to
implement Act
178, an Act Relating to Unidentified Corridors. Grants of up to
$5,000 were awarded to: 22
towns in December 2006, 41
towns in July 2007, and 26
towns in FY08 (15 towns in December 2007 and 11 towns in
March 2008. These grants are for the purpose of researching and mapping
town highways, trails and unidentified corridors. The FY'07 grant period
ended July 13, 2009. The The FY08 grant period ends and closeout packets are due December 30, 2009. Closeout Materials
